Bongiyo is ready to refund only when a client meets the following statement. We always love to deliver best and competent services to our clients. However, in some cases, it may occur inconvenience issues.
Bongiyo respects “Refund Policy”. Only applicable to the following cases:
A full refund will be given if you can’t get course access within 72 hours.
If you accidentally ordered the same course twice OR purchased the wrong courses, a full refund would be eligible only when the courses are not delivered yet.
Bongiyo reserves the right to decline a refund in the following cases:
In the case, a Student demands a refund after he receives the course/s access.
In the case the Student demands a refund, while the order would be under process, there can be no refund within 72 hours.
The Student requests a refund due to the absence of features which we never claimed to provide and which are not listed in the feature list for the product, there is not any refund process.
